"Great location and hotel for the area."
We were at a wrestling tournament in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very glad to be able to sit in the lounge when we got back and have something to eat and drink and talk with friends in a very pleasing atmosphere.Genuine Expedia guest review

When we arived they put us in a room right above the bar that had a band that night, after dinner we went back to our room and it was like we were on stage with the band. Our room was very spacious. We were very surprised at all the amentities on the premises!!!! We added this hotel to our file for future use. Having 2 pools,mini golf etc. was wonderful. "Very clean! Very noisey!"
The hotel itself was very nice. The outdoor pool was very nice. The indoor pool was a little unclean. The rooms were very clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable however. We did experience some extremly loud and disrespectfull neighbors and when I did contact the desk 3 out of the four days we stayed they did send someone up to tell them to keep […] the noise down. I would of thought that after numerous complains they would of either refunded some of our money or at least offered us a new room or another night stay or something. When we checked out that asked how everything was we mentioned all the problems we had and all they said was "sorry". I know its not really the hotels fault but we left unsatisfied but the overall cleanliness of the hotel meet and exceeded our expectations. I stayed overnight at the Harrisburg-West Holiday Inn just before Christmas. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the Inn. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the facilities, (gym and pool), more than adequate. The cost was reasonable, and in line with other motels in the areas. The rooms are entered from the […] outside. This may not be everyone's preference, but I personally enjoyed not having to walk down stuffy corridors. My room had a nice view across a lawn and shrubbery--a pleasant change from looking at parking lots. I chose this motel because it was both reasonably close to the Turnpike and pet-friendly.
