To keep it simple, here are the pros and cons: Pros - amazing location, beautiful landscaping, clean rooms and a wonderful pool area. Was expecting a little more than I what originally thought for a 4.2 star rated hotel. The air condition/heating in the room was a loud and disruptive room unit which was either blowing some sort of air all night or would come on with such loud noise that nobody could sleep. "La Jolla"
We had trouble checking in. They took a very long time to find us our room. We were there at noon and they said half hour. We came back at 3 and they had given it away. Our friends got a preferred room and we did not.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
