Hampton Inn Boston Natick

This hotel is located riight across from the Natick Mall and a few minutes from the Mass. Pike. The rooms are large and the breakfast is wonderful. Our room had a chair that was torn--easily seen--and should have been removed or changed. The only other thing that was not satisfactory was that our room as not made up until late afternoon--around 4:00. […] I guess we could have asked for it to be done earlier but we were surprised by this as we had been out all day and expected to return to a clean room. We had to wait over an hour for it to be done. Our air conditioner did not work the last night we were there. We did not report it until we checked out and they were going to fix it immediately--the front desk was very helpful. The sheets and bed were fabulous and there was always coffee, tea, etc. available for us. I would stay here again. For the money it was a good deal. Read more

We were totally disappointed with our stay at this Hotel. The room was advertised as a King Suite room, and it was nothing other than a regular room with a King bed and a tiny TV in the room. I paid double what I would have paid at the nearby Sheraton Hotel, but we decided that we would get a larger room and bring our daughter with us on this trip - […] what a disaster! The customer service at this Hampton Inn was very good. We did have a problem with our bathtub/shower. The water did not drain and it took. 30 minutes to clear out the water before the next person could shower. We did not report it because we needed to check out early. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean.

The thermostat was hard to work. Second night it was set at 74 and when the cool setting was turned on the fan was so loud that we had to turn it off. Couldn't hear the TV and couldn't sleep with the fan on. When reported to the front desk clerk upon departure, all she said was she would report it, no offer of some accommodation.

I typically stay at Hamptons when traveling, and I was pleased with the Hampton in Natick. The only drawback was the hotel, while easy to see from the main roads, was kind of hard to get to, and the parking is pretty sparse. Otherwise everything was great.

First of all, the Hotel is located in a semi complecated highway area. The pictures on the website are not realistic. I requested a studio, and the room was not a studio at all.Early in the morning the homemaker came to change/clean the room (9AM) when the sign of not disturb was at the door.

We stayed just for one night, the location was perfect for our purpose, while it was in a busy area, it was easily found and the staff was extremely nice. Our only problem was that the temperature control was wireless and battery operated and in the middle of the night the batteries died and the room got uncomfortably hot.

Very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast consistent with all other Hampton Inns. Everything I would expect. They also provide a shuttle for destinations within a two mile radius, this was great for us because we did not want to deal with the mall traffic.

The staff was fabulous. We had a last minute serious medical emergency with someone in our party and had to cancel a non-refundable room. There was no problem with the hotel or hotels.com. In fact, the manager even sent me up a bottle of wine as I was so stressed when we got there! There was a generous complimentary breakfast every morning. The pillows […] were the best I have ever slept on, and I am ordering 2 for my home. The bed and duvet were comfortable. My only complaints (suggestions)--the carpet, and furniture looked old and tired, and the blankets for the sofa bed were awful. The hotel was overall satisfactory but it was not prepared for the Thanksgiving breakfast crowd. Since this happens every year and they know how many people are staying in the hotel it seems reasonable that they could anticipate the amount of food and space that they would need. Instead they had only one server each morning and ran out of food and people […] had to either take food to their rooms or eat standing up (as I did two mornings in a row). I plan to use the hotel one more time for Thanksgiving (the location is great for my purposes) but if they don't make adequate preparations for the Thanksgiving breakfast crowd, that will be my last time. At first was impressed with remodel. looks updated and breakfast area really laid out well. However, front desk is not the most helpful or accomadating. We had a double room and wanted to switch to King. They said no availability. Ok with that. But as I walk away another guest checking in and asks if they can change from king to a double. They say no. […] Now if we are both checking in at the same time why could we not just switch rooms? Woman at desk was anxious to send us on our way. In the morning my husband needed change. They did change it but made no eye contact, no good morning, no words. Quite odd. Remodel good but not high quality finishes-wear is showing. The room was a little dated. We had a room with 2 double beds. One of the beds tilted toward the center of the room. Front desk folks were vrey friendly and helpful. We were going to a Red Sox game on a weekend night and didn't want to drive into the city. We were given excellent directions to the Riverside T station where the trains ran much more frequently than into Natick. The hotel itself was very nice and it offered a quiet stay.

Close to highway 90. Close to Natick Mall. Plenty of restaurants close by. Shuttle service to and from the mall with minimal wait. Comfortable bedding for a good night sleep.

Excellent accomodation for the money. I was there for a week for a golf vacation, there was little more one could ask for. Great breakfast, no need to eat anywhere else. Service was unobtrusive, walls were close to soundproof. And a driving range just down the street. Well Done!
