"Perfect Location"
Excellent hotel and great location. I went to Park City to ski at Deer Valley. Only issue was that the water for the sinks and shower was sometimes all hot or all cold. It was not corrected during my stay, but I was told that it would be fixed for future travelers.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location"
We were pleased with our stay at The Caldonian. The staff was friendly but the front desk was not well maned and if a problem arose, we would have had to use a phone to get help - the reason for the #3 on hotel service. For us it wasn't much of a problem since we did not run into any issues that required the front desk. Parking was inside which was […] great but spaces were very tight. Response by The Caledonian Thank you so much for coming to the Caledonian to stay with us. We hope you will stay again if you are ever in Park City again. During the Summer and shoulder seasons we dramatically lower our rates. While this gives the opportunity for a larger demographic to come enjoy the Caledonian luxury condos, it also doesn't allow for the hiring of any additional employees. We only have one employee manning the front desk each day. At times we must leave the desk to help a guest or deal with maintenance issues, however we are never more than a few minutes away and always willing to help. We leave the number at the front desk so that we can help anyone that needs it, while at the same time actively helping other guests and maintaining the actual structure of the building. During the ski season we revert to normal pricing and full staff, however whichever season it is, we are always available whether we are sitting at the front desk or otherwise.
