Park City Peaks Hotel offers an indoor/outdoor pool, two spa tubs, a sauna, and in-room massages. A gift shop off the main lobby sells wine and beer in addition to other goods. A mini-arcade is located on the floor above the pool. Complimentary amenities include wireless Internet access, guest parking and shuttle service to nearby attractions.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided during the winter season. The Rustic Creek Grille serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ski specials and local favorites, such as lobster artichoke dip and hot & spicy chicken wings, are offered at the Upper Deck Sports Bar.

The hotel's splash pool extends from indoors to outdoors, and is open year-round. A spa tub inside accommodates about 15; the outdoor spa tub comfortably seats 40. A sauna is situated right off the pool.
Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons, and Deer Valley Resort—three world-class ski destinations—are all within three miles of the hotel. Additionally, a municipal cross-country ski resort is across the street. The summer's recreational opportunities are just as vast: fly-fishing on the Provo River, mountain biking at the ski resorts, and mountain hiking are all within five miles.

"Incredible Value and Professional Staff"
Had read the reviews, but didn't know what to expect. Boy, were we surprised ! From the time we checked in with the friendly front desk until we checked out, this property is awesome ! An incredible value. The restaurant manager and team, Cherie (sp) and Matt should be working at the Ritz Carlton. They are that good. And the cooked, hot breakfast buffett […] was an added bonus. The hotel manager, Bob Hughes is hands on and it shows. We took the free shuttle bus to the slopes (Park City) and enjoyed our stay immensely. I travel and stay in hotels over 150 days a year. "Perfect for our family vacation"
When we booked the room, we went with the cheaper option with no refrigerator, but upon check-in, we were told that all rooms have refrigerators now, so that was a bonus. The hotel also started a complimentary hot buffet breakfast the day we got there, so that was another bonus. Bonus #3 came when a young hotel employee knocked on out room door around […] 6pm with a cart full of cookies and hot chocolate, that they apparently deliver each night (we were there in the winter, so maybe it's a cold weather thing). I thought that extra little touch was adorable and my kids loved it of course. My favorite part about the hotel was the pool/spa area. The pool is indoor/outdoor, with a little passage going outside and it's warm even in the cold weather. The outdoor hottub is like a very warm bath, not quite a hottub, but perfect for sitting in while it snows, and not too hot for the kids to join us. My only complaint is the room was a little small, it was a tight squeeze getting the pack-n-play in there, but was a minimal inconvenience. "Not as nice as we thought it would be."
We have grown accustomed to Prak City luxury and must have just assumed all hotels would have that standard of excellence. We were not overwhelmed with our stay at The Peaks. "A great experience ruined after we left..."
We stayed in this hotel for the second time in Dec 2011. We stayed before in Dec 2007 and loved every aspect of the hotel from the price, closeness to lifts, underground parking, in hotel restaurants, friendly helpful staff etc but what ruined our whole experience was what happened after we left. On our drive back home I noticed an unknown charge on […] my card. It turned out it was a significant charge from the hotel even though we prepaid our stay in advance. I called the hotel and they said yes they made the charge after we left because all the sheets and bedding were missing?! Needless to say this was very insulting to us. The hotel person wasn't very helpful and said they would transfer me to their maintenance staff which was unusual in itself. After a few broken cell phone connections I made sure the charge is not approved on my card and the hotel said they will refund the charge for the time being? I never heard back from them but needless to say we will never be going back. What we would've expected from a hotel would be to determine what actually happened first before accusing us. Either there was a mix up with the maintenance department or something else but it shou'd've been investigated first. A great experience completely ruined by the gesture by the hotel after we left. "Nice for the price"
Comfy rooms, nice pool - but the temperature of the two hot tubs seems to always be too hot or too cold. Also, they do not offer free wi-fi and do not have a complimentary breakfast. "The photos are deceiving."
The hotel is stuck in the 90's. The room was tiny and the TV was a joke. The color was totally off and we couldn't fix it. The bed was comfortable but that really was the only positive. "Lovely, but missed the mark."
We stayed at PCP for one of two nights in Park City to do some shopping and to enjoy the fall colors. I read all of the reviews before hand and had modest expectations, but I was mostly hopeful for a good nights rest. I believe that our hotels.com reservation made us a target for the least comfortable room in the noisiest area. The appearance, amenities […] and furnishings were modest but lovely. My complaints are that we were given a queen rather than the King bedroom that was confirmed, and that our room backed up to the stair way and the main hallway where we heard everyone's noisy kids coming and going. The bed was cozy initially, but was not comfortable for more than a couple of hours. It felt hard as a rock, and neither I nor my hubby could rest comfortably. I'm a reasonable person, and don't mind the noise as much as the crummy matress...I'm a sleep deprived momma so I just needed some rest...sorry to say it was disappointing. (Stayed at a similar hotel just *Yonder* up the road for the second night, and though the room furnishings were less updated..it was clean and the best sleep I've had in over a year... ) Suit yourself. Overall a comfortable hotel. While the hotel's restaurant was not serving in the evening, the 3rd floor bar offered a number of good items to have for an informal dinner. "too many kids"
This was a nice hotel, but it was loud with children. They were all over the hallways and wreaking havoc in the swimming pool and hot tub. All I wanted was a relaxing 10 minutes in the hot tub, but this place had 2 small hot tubs for about 1,000 people. Stayed 2 nights at the PC Peaks hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are a bit smaller than I expected, but were comfortable and clean. Mini-fridge available by request. The hotel was close to everything, located between the outlet stores and historic Main Street. The pool area was a lot of fun for our kids. They really liked the indoor/outdoor main pool. "Stay only on the third floor"
This is an old building that has skillfully been upgraded. I assume that the hotel will eventually replace the carpet in the halls as they are torn (and dirty) and can result in injuries. This is a three stories building and the floors are not strong enough to keep the noise within the room and sounds (specially walking) are easily transferred to floors […] below. Our family really liked this hotel. It made our vacation very nice, especially since we had our son and daughter with us who had been living away from Utah.
