"Never again Days Inn...3rd strike"
Horrible...room has bug in the bed, switched room to no heat and switched room to no heat again, left day early on a prepaid room. I have been staying primarily in Days Inns for several years now and beginning to notice a pattern on who owns their motel. "dont stay"

"close to Rutgers and easy to get too"
Stay was OK. Front door 1/2 gap, heater worked so so, iron did not work, toilet loose, ceiling molding is gapping. Internet worked well, easy to get on US1 north and south. Room was clean and no bedbugs found. Parking lot ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was conveniently located near my work site, and the rate was low. I would happily paid an additional $30.00 for a room that didn't smell musty. In the bathroom area there were many long hairs, clearly left by a previous guest. Hairs on the floor and toilet seat. The ceiling over the shower is rusted. I stay at this location 3X/year. The hotel is old & poorly maintained but the rooms are cheap, fairly clean & in a decent neighborhood. The evening desk guy knows me by name now & accommodates my special needs. I sleep & shower at the hotel so top of the line isn't important to me; if I spent any amount of time in the room I may feel differently. There have been some bad write ups about this place. They are a bit overstated in negativity, The place is clean. Everything worked as you would hope and it's decently located. Run-down Motel (not a hotel), had to change the room once. Extremely nopisy due to proximity of truck-heavy Route 1. Extremely outdated shower (rust, mold), but, on the bridght side, the shower worked :-) Don't expect HBO (as advertized on the web site), replace them with 6 or 7 Indian channels.
