Passport Inn Somers Point has just recently been completely remodeled.
Our spacious guest rooms have been repainted/ we have added
new carpet and completely updated all bathrooms to include marble
sinks and hairdryers/ other amenities include microwave/
refrigerators/ iron and ironing boards/ coffee makers/ free local
phone calls and cable television with premium movie channels.
We have also added a new heated swimming pool for our guest
to enjoy. The Passport Inn is within walking distance to beaches/
amusement park/ many restaurants and short drive to Atlantic
City casinos and boardwalk. One of the best location in the town.

"Disgusting Smell- Rock hard bed"
This hotel was the worst that we had ever stayed in. It was rated as a top hotel on tripadvisor, and while I understood that this was not a four or five star hotel, I did not expect it to be a 0-1 star. The room was a smoking room- which was not ideal to us, but they told us it was all they had (even though we only saw one other traveller while we were […] there)... Maybe they should consider having more 'non smoking rooms'. So when we got in the room it obviously smelt horrible. Luckily the window opened (although the shades were held together by clothespins. The bed was as hard as a rock with two hard pillows, the tv did not work at all, and there was a moldy smell in the bathroom. We would not recommend this place to anyone. "DON'T Stay Here!"
Let's start by saying I was given the wrong room. The manager said that he'd give me the room I ordered the next day, but ended up selling it to someone else instead, taking back his promise, and giving me attitude about it. Then let's start with the insane construction going on that makes the place look ghetto. Then the internet router they had was […] a cheap brand with bad range. The wifi bars were either 1 bar or no signal at all, going in and out the entire time. Even after seeing if resetting their router would work, it didn't. Everything I needed to get done on my laptop was never finished.
