    Room was plain. outdated. when I pulled the covers off the bed all this dust came up in the air you moved the lamp and I guess the dust came off the... shade. well I only paid 70 some dollars I would never have to pay 200 for that room. certainly would not be worth it. king size bed you only got three pillows and they were lumpy. I've stayed in much better places for the same price by pat  from airville pa on 05/13/13

    I was a little skeptical based on the reviews I was reading, but I was actually pleasantly surprised about my stay at Bally's AC. The room was clean, beds were comfy, water pressure was good and it seems that there have been some recent renovations.     the room was in great condition, the bed was amazing, the TV worked graeat, not many channels to choose from though, this could be a five star hotel if not for the problems, wireless internet was not working my entire stay and also our room cards kept going out, forcing us to continue to have to go to the front desk for new ones.

    I thought I was staying at Bally's but we stayed in Claridge which is a run down dirty hotel that I guess Bally's bought over.. If I knew I was staying there I would have stayed elsewhere. I booked 2 rooms for my friends and we were all grossed out. I won't book with Ballys again.

    I liked the style of our room in Claridge tower and loved our view of the ocean! For a one night stay, this was great because of the central location on the boardwalk. It's true that the walls from room to room are kind of thin. Lucky for us our neighbors quieted down as we were getting to sleep. I would stay here again.

    This was my first stay at Bally's and definitely my last. Room was dingy, sparsely equipped and looked like it had the same worn carpet, sheets and furniture from when it was built decades ago. Hallways were dim and the rowdy guests made the place feel like a dump.

    We waited over one hour to check in on Christmas Eve. Only three people to check everyone in. The room was very large, the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, however the shower left a lot to be desired. Most of the water went into the tub and not out of the shower head. The two chairs were stained and dirty and belonged in the […] garbage. We had a great view of the ocean however. We stayed in the Claridge Tower which we were told was the older part of the hotel.     Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in: dirty, dingy and spartan. Uncomfortable beds. Only plus was the large towels and the convenient location.

    My boyfriend and I stood at Bally's with friends last weekend. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was terrific- they moved our hotel room so we would be in the same tower as our friends. Very accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.

    Very happy! They upgraded us to a junior suite with a jacuzzi when I told them it was our anniversary! Beautiful room!

    The hotel was completely disappointing. We were on a weekend gateway with friends and were upgraded to the tower with two double beds. The room was dingy and packed with huge antique style furniture. It was also dimly lit making it extremely depressing. The carpet was stained and the pillow covers were torn. Bathroom was big but there was no hot water […] in the tub. That was weird because we had hot water at the night but not in the morning. The check in line was bigger than airport security check line. The only plus about this hotel is the location. Overall a very disappointing experience. Read more

    We arrived at 2:00 pm and were told that they would text us when the room was ready, at 4:20 I havent heard from them so when i went to the desk the room was ready, i was told they forgot to Text me that the room was ready. If they tell you they will text you then they should or not tell you that

    It served the purpose of being conveniently located on the boardwalk and I was happy to have received a renovated room in the Claridge Tower because some rooms/floors have not been. Surprisingly had a good time hanging in the Mountain Bar with its 24 hr happy hr and DJ on Friday night.

    The one seat in the room was very vinyl and difficult to extricate yourself from.The TV was non functional - repairman fixed it immediately. My husband uses a CPAO breathing machine- there are NO outlets in either side of the beds and the outlet between the beds was tucked inside a drower that was inaccessible.
