"Ok, but Nothing to Brag About"
While the hotel was nice enough for a one-night stay, it didn't leave a lasting positive impression. The double beds were rather small for "double", the reception for the TV was very poor and the view of the inner courtyard was not so pretty. I rented four rooms for a Holiday family vacation. I wanted a clean, comfortable 4 star hotel. Caesars met my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. A combination of rude and uneducated staff mixed with poverty and violence surrounding the hotel. to my believe, the room was in the oldest part of the hotel. No window to the outside, you never knew if it was night or day, sun or rain. We got charged an extra $ 10.00, because we check in 94 min before 4.00PM. Unfriendly service at the reception desk. "Nice hotel not good for family with teens"
The hotel is very good, well located. But pool access is not allowed for children under 18. Nothing to do for teenagers in the spot or nearby so it was boring for our children. "Caesar's Palace Atlantic City"
Stayed here from 16-20 January 2012. Had a room on sixth floor of Temple Tower South which had no window to the outside. Had a reasonable rate booked on Hotels.com. I booked 2 room through hotels.com which always I do I had a good experience with hotels.com before, but this time was terrible! They gave us 2 rooms with no windows! The hotel is conveniently located next to the pier and other casinos. You can walk everywhere without going outside. (In cold weather, this save you from carrying your coat around.) "Good Hotel, Bad room location"
Got a room in the North Towers on the 6th Floor adjacent to the elevators which made the room very noisy and congested since all the room maintenance carts were arranged next to the room :-.( Room was large, and very clean - had 2 TVs and my daughter loved it. "Worst stay at the Ceasars Atlantic City"
We had the worst experience at the Ceasar's Atlantic City. We were put in between 2 rooms which currently undergoing some repairs due to water damage. 2 huge Blowers were put on the rooms on both side of our rooms and since it vibrates from both sides and the sound was confined it was really loud and unbearable. we have complained and complained but […] the manager for that night did not do anything i have called and waited for more than an hour and just keep getting transferred from different departments and have to explained myself over and over again. I was the one who discovered the problem and they all acted that no body knows about the repairs being done in both rooms. the night supervisor did not handle the problem and will not answer the phone when ever we call they finally turned both machines off but turned it back on around 1:30 am prompting me to call again and complain.. My family and I decided to cut our originally intended two-day stay down to one day due to the condition of our room. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed. We booked a deluxe room for one night for 06/30/2011. The room we got was not even remotely close to the "deluxe room' description on hotels.com, very disappointing, It was only one night so we did not bother to complain, but beware of room descriptions on hotels.com. Service was mediocre and dismissive. I forgot my small beauty case under the sink […] (because there was no where else in the microscopic bathroom to set it down) and it was never returned, it only contained a few half used toiletry items and a bottle of perfume, hard to believe it was stolen. better than the rest of the casinos / hotels on the boardwalk. clean area, courteous staff. We went on a wedneday - friday trip so it wasn't that crowded. we were able to find parking in the Colosseum garage and parked for 5 dollars for our entire stay. "Overall, an Enjoyable Stay"
We spent three nights in a Premium Room in the Centurion Tower at Caesars. The check-in was smooth and all the staff were extremely friendly. Parking was a bit of an ordeal, but that's because we chose to self-park and had to lug a lot of stuff through the hot parking garage. The housekeeping staff was always friendly, but not intrusive. We had a wonderful […] view of the ocean and boardwalk facing South, which was great. The bed was really comfortable, and the drapes made it possible to achieve pitch-black darkness, which I always like. The thermostat was easy to control, and there was no noise from the air conditioner. The room and furnishings did show some sign of wear, as did the tiles in the bathroom, but it seems inevitable in a place as busy as AC. My BIGGEST complaint was this - the bathroom had no exhaust fan, either in the shower, or in the little room where the toilet was. This wouldn't have been that big a deal, except the little toilet room REEKED of cigarette smoke. I don't know if it was coming in through a vent, or if it was because someone snuck a smoke in our room before we checked in, but it was awful, and it lingered throughout our whole stay. It would be great if Caesar's would put vent fans in their bathrooms. I have now stayed at the Chairman Tower at the Taj Mahal, and the Centurion Tower at Caesars, and while I think the room in the Chairman Tower was a bit nicer, and certainly roomier, it's hard to beat Caesar's for location! "Great Hotel"
We stayed at Caesars in Atlantic City for one night during our vacation. It was a great place to stay. Caesars is easily accessible from the Atlantic City Turnpike and is in a great location along the boardwalk. The entire Caesars complex was clean and inviting. The room we stayed in was excellent although the bedroom part seemed slightly outdated. […] The bathroom was very large, modern, and comfortable. The room had a good view as well. We found the parking and location to be very convenient. We did not feel welcomed or appreciated as guests. For the most part the staff was not very courteous. We found it very difficult to escape the smell of cigarette smoke; even in our non-smoking room.
