Open 24 hours, Trump Taj Mahal's 157,000-square-foot casino includes about 4,000 slot machines, 210 table games, bingo, a Baccarat pit, and a smoke-free poker room.
Headlining musical acts appear regularly in the 5,000-seat Mark G. Etess Arena and the 1,400-seat Xanadu Showroom.
Open Friday and Saturday nights, The Casbah nightclub features spotlighted professional dancers and DJ music. A $20 cover charge (subject to change) applies only to men.
Recreation
A 15th-floor pavilion lined by desert-scene murals shelters an indoor lap pool measuring 75 x 35 feet. A surrounding deck has lounge chairs, umbrella tables, and pool and Ping-Pong tables. Complimentary yoga classes are offered on the pool deck Saturday and Sunday mornings. Outside the pool pavilion, an expansive seasonal sundeck has padded lounge chairs, umbrellas, misters to cool sunbathers, and a snack bar.
The hotel's health spa (surcharge) includes men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, spa tubs, and a fitness center with cardio and strength-training machines and free weights.

"This place is run down."
Overall it was a lousy experience. Paid for a grand suite which was old and dirty. The furniture was horribly old. The bed was comfortable. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom. The drain in the tub did not work (it actually fell out), and the bathroom didn't drain properly. Someone had put a wash cloth over the smoke detector, and housekeeping […] left it there. Other people on our floor ordered from room service - their trays were still outside 36-hours later. There was no tourist info available in the room. Casino service was horrible - took over an hour for an attendant to get to a slot machine that failed to print a ticket correctly. An hour of lost revenue. On the plus side, breakfast at Plate was above average in quality. Overall, this place was not what one would expect from a Trump property. It looks like 'The Donald' may have given up on this one. We definitely felt like VIPs in the Chairman Tower rooms. It was a little far from the self-parking lot but the lot only cost $10 and was otherwise convenient. "the worst ever, never coming back, Trump Stinks"
Firstly, I booked for King bed for my wife and I, when I get there they only had queen. Second, we get to the room and the entry lights don't work, we go to the first light on the table and that does not work. We call the front desk and try to get another room but they tell us there are none. they tell me that they will send a guy to change out the […] bulbs right away. This guy is 40 mintues late and does not even come with the right light bulbs, and then he said he can't change the entryway lights. Apparently there is only one guy in the entire hotel that does that but he wasn't available. They tell me they can give me a 20 voucher towards food for the inconvenience. I go downstairs to get my voucher and the front desk lady (I use that term very loosely) gives me the worst attitude. I was being very polite and she just looked at me like I was garbage for complaining about the room and service. I felt like my weekend was shot to ruin not mention I felt like I was being ripped off by the hotel. I guess the name Trump dies not mean anything when it comes to his hoteks and casinos. After reading some of the reviews about the hotel I was hesitant about staying here. However, I couldn't pass up the awesome deal for a Grand Suite at this hotel. Most of the reviews here are spot on; the hotel is in desperate need of renovating and updating. There are lots of places to eat at downstairs which was definitely a plus.
