"Very close to shopping"
My girlfriend's and I went to AC for our post-mother's day weekend getaway. It was a blast. The hotel was very clean, the wait staff at the restaurant were VERY friendly and helpful. Everything was great. Hotel is close to shopping and walking distance to boardwalk and casinos. Hotel is beautiful, clean, up to date, and staff was pleasant. One small complaint I have is the room was a little stuffy and being as the windows do not open, I wish they had a better system of circulating fresh air. "THIS SHERATON IS OK FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY."
THE HOTEL WAS OK HOWEVER THE VALET PARKING FEE OF 24.00 PER DAY IS A BIT EXTREME. OUR ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY BUT THEY MAY NEED TO CLEAN THE CARPET THE HOTEL IS DEFINITELY SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING BUT OUR ROOM DEFINITELY HAD A STALE CIGARETTE ODOR. "Perfect; no problems"
The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. It was the perfect amount of space for me and my three friends. I loved the coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. "Getaway with the Girls!!"
We chose this place because it was the only place we could stay that was cheap enough for all three of us for Labor day weekend. It was especially ideal because it was close enough to all the action, shopping, dining, etc. It was a long trek to get to the actual entrance of the hotel but it was beautiful and worth it once we were in. "Love hotel, but experience is getting worse"
We asked for a double room with conjoined rooms. Did we get that no. Our rooms were on two different floors, so we wouldnt be able to hang out with all our friendsr. I was the first one there. I went up to the room with all my luggage because no one asked to take it or help me. By the time I got to the room after check in I had to use the restroom (as […] I had a long drive). I get the room and the key doesn't work. I can't get the door open. So I had three heavy bags in the hallway trying to ask the maid next door who could barely speak English to see of she could help me. Well of course she had no clue what I was talking about. Finally, I got on my cell phone and called the front desk and they said they were going to send someone right up. Then right after the call a bell hop walked passed me and saw me and all my stuff in the hallway. I told him what happen and he said he would go down there and get me a new key. After 30 minutes the same bell hop finally came to give me a key that works. At this point I still didn't go to the bathroom and the maid cleaning the room next door would not let me use the bathroom. I would have walked down there myself if I didn't have all 3 heavy luggage bags and I didn't want to miss the person coming to my room with the right keys. HORRIBLE!!! Room on Club level floor. Breakfast wasn't anything special but it was still nice to have. Great view. Clean room. Parking was $14 but garage was close. Went out at Caesars. This was a great hotel one mile from the boardwalk! I heard the Atlantic City outside of the boardwalk was shady but the location was great! I felt safe walking to and from the boardwalk at all hours! The only con was there was no mention of 1 pet limit on hotels.com or on the Sheraton website.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

As my friends and I walked into the Sheraton, we were very impressed with the place. However, once we checked in and entered our room, a very strong odor of bleach was present. The conditions of the room were not tolerable as my friend has severe allergic reactions to bleach cleaning agents. As we informed the staff members of the situation, they were […] very uncooperative and refused to accomodate us. As a result we had check out without a refund. Even though this whole experience at the Sheraton lasted for about an hour, I can not understand why we were still billed for three nights worth of stay as well as the price of the refrigerator and parking.
