The Boulevards Café offers a view of the city skyline and serves breakfast (surcharge). For meetings and events, the hotel offers 15 conference rooms with the largest measuring 11,000 square feet. "Excellent customer service"
I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided to me on my check in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and check in was a breeze. "Overpriced, loud, dirty, never again."
Loud patrons, thin walls, outdated rooms with stained carpets, dingy walls & cigarette-burned chair in room, pillows like pancakes, air conditioning impossible to control, constantly heard the LOUD flushing of the toilet in the room above us. Not worth the $$$ money they have the audacity to charge for being way off the boardwalk. This is my favorite hotel to stay in when I am in A.C. I stay here almost every black friday of the year. it located right next to the shopping area. It was easy for me to go back and forth to the shopping area without carry so many bags from store to store. We were looking for a hotel close to the boardwalk but not as expensive as the hotels on the boardwalk. booked the sheridan and got 2 nights at a very reasonable rate. Very nice hotel, signed up to be a preferred customer and was granted access to the continental breakfast and the nightly snack food. I believe being a preferred customer also got us […] a reduced rate on the parking. the listed price outside is $14.00 we got it for $7.00. Trouble with phones, called the front desk and someone came to our room within a couple of minutes. The hotel itself was right in the middle of the outlet stores, nice touch and only 4 blocks from the boardwalk (not a bad walk)... It is a dog friendly hotel.
