We had a great time and enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants and activities right on site. The restaurants tended to be a bit pricey, but the food was generally quite good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice"
I've been to Atlantic city many times but this was my first time at this property. The atmosphere of the casino, restaurants and shops were very inviting. I dined at cuba libre and the food was amazing. The room was nice tho a bit out dated but very clean. I would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Just got out before sandy..."
I am sure that everything will be redeveloped now. But anyhow, really like the whole complex. Stayed in Havana tower which was nicer then the west. Biggest issue was there was no fridge in room and some mold on the ceiling. All in all it was not too bad and I would recommend if you can get a good rate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Not impressed, walls are paper thin so we could clearly hear conversations and noise from the next room and hallway. During the day it may not be a problem, but at three in the morning it makes for a miserable stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My stay was okay. I have been to better hotels for cheaper. There was no bed spread on the beds or in the rooms. The indoor pool was very disappointing. They advertise indoor pool with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi could hold maybe two people. My huband came there o business and I planned to lounge at the pool. Yeah that didnt happen. Next time its the showboat […] for me. "Great stay for off season"
Room was very impressive. Very clean, well laid out, excellent view, and spacious. Hotel layout very confusing. Very large hotel property made check in and getting around very confusing. Lots of amenities available in the hotel. Unfortunately, hotel did not provide guest with many of the basic traveller perks often provided by lower end, lower priced […] motels (courtesy shaving kit, toothpaste, etc.). Overall, great for an off season stay. Room rates very competitive during week day, off season. Guest services staff always seem too busy or limited availability. Need to update their rooms!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was my first time staying there and I was very dissapointed. I arrived to my room to find dust over everything, the curtains were all stained, one of my pillow cases was yellowed-white. I've stayed at a Motel 6 and had a better room. However, when I called to complain they moved me to a suite which was a little bit better but still needs updating. […] I expected better quality from such a grand establishment. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Generally the lowest priced resort hotel in area"
The rooms are well kept and spacious. The only complaints about the room is they still have CRT televisions and the iron was well worn, but still usable. Like most resort hotels, check in during peak check in hours is pretty slow. Parking should be free for hotel guests, but it is $10 per stay (no matter how long you stay). Restaraunts in the hotel […] (as well as other hotels on the boardwalk) have long waits during peak hours and are extremely expensive. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Horrible floor plan"
The price was awesome, the room was great - but it was horrific trying to get from the parking garge to checkin, to the room, back to the parking garage to go out......the signage is insuffucient and the trek was terrible dragging luggage.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
