WOnderful weekend! Alot to do and the hotel we stood in was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful view..stood on the 3rd floor and my boyfriend and i loved it because the pool was on that florror..will def come back and stay at this hotel especially for the great rates

We waited in line to check for about 30 minutes. They only had two staff working. Then Helen...an employee kept walking around in circles for a long time telling us to have our ID's and credit card ready even though we were not moving in line. The room service was quick. However, when we called the room service number they acted like they were incovenienced […] by us calling. I tipped the waiter but he did not even give a thank you and ran away as soon as I handed him the money. Lastly, upon check out not one person asked us how our stay was. The employee was more concerned with someone calling in late than helping us. There is no Wi-fi. The rooms were clean and maids cleaned the room . The television in the room is an old box tv and the picture was so blurry you would 3D glasses to watch it. Overall not worth the money. If the staff actually cared about the people it would have been more pleasant. Read more

The room was very big. The decoration was kind of vintage but it was a great deal for the price we paid. Ask not to have a room close to the elevator as that area is more noisy. I would stay there again.

It was okay because i was with friends. But they rooms was dirty and bed was uncomfortable,workers was not friendly at all ..and the hallways was abit to loud . The only thing i enjoyed was they inside pool and the food was pretty good.. i wouldnt stay there again .

I would just like to state that the women who checked us in was extremely friendly. Also Darrenn the bar tender couldn't have been nicer. Than when my guest and I were playing craps the table workers were the best! Keep up hiring great staff! We are planning our next trip soon!!!

It was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The indoor pool wasn't really warm. Some hotel staff treated you more like a number than a person. Food at the restaurants was really good.

I just could not take the constant cigarette smoke that persists any and everywhere you go in the hotel. My wife and I literally had to leave the hotel a few times to escape it. We couldn't hang out in the casino or gamble for long because of it. Im not sure if every casino in AC allows smoking but The Atlantic Club certainly does. The room was nice. […] The restaurants were great. The Dizzy Dolphin bar was great. They had a really good little Irish cover band that plays on Fridays that the wife and I enjoyed. As many times as I've been 2 Atlantic City I have never stayed at a hotel like the ACC. It was clean, the service was AMAZING!!! The room && view was gorgeous && the restaurants were fabulous. Not to mention I got all this for under $100. Definitely 2 thumbs up

I booked a smoking room and when we arrived at our room it was nonsmoking. When my boyfriend called down he told them we reserved a smoking room and got a nonsmoking one and if we could be switched. Keep in mind, I went in October, booked it 4 months in advance and arrived 10 minutes after check in started and my boyfriend was told with an attitude […] "You did not reserve a smoking room and it's first come first serve basis" Thinking maybe I made a mistake, I checked online and I did reserve a smoking room and I guess they messed up and didn't want to fix it. After realizing there was nothing we could do for the first night, we ordered room service, and again with the attitude, they were out of a lot of things and they were VERY rude with us about our order. I guess the staffing was different on saturday because when I called first thing to get our room changed they were nothing but nice. The nonsmoking room wasn't as nice or as big as the smoking room. The smoking room had a better quality TV and had a jetted tub that actually worked! Even though the first night was a pain, it was worth it and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation! Read more

for the rate of what they are charging for the hotel they have no flat screen tv's and the rooms are not updated. Also i requested a smoking room and that was not done either so i ended up in a non-smoking room.

I enjoy my stay and would come bac. I think they need to replace the carpets in the rooms. Over all stay was wonderfull and I really like the Hotel, also everyone in hotel was very pleasant, check in was a quick got the room I wanted. Next time will ask for room facing the beach.

The hotel was situated right on the boardwalk and the beach, which was very nice. We were in a corner room on the 6th floor, it was VERY spacious, way more room than 2 people needed, the views of the beach and boardwalk were fantastic. The furniture and bed were nice, the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and a lot of counter space. The only negative […] was that the hotel itself is a bit dated with the decorations and the room was somewhat worn out with stained carpet and water damage around the refrigerator.
