The stay was marked by the ice machines (both) breaking down but, the night was saved due to the excellent service of the Counter person. He actually went so far as to have ice delivered and then brought it to my room! "Comfortable and clean one night stay"
Room was clean, non-smoking but had a strong bleach odor.... got used to it. Not a "fan" of window air conditioning. This unit was taped in a permanent direction flow right across the beds. This hotel was perfect for our visit. We traveled from SC to visit family and the hotel was very close to their home. The hotel was also close to a variety of restutants and stores, which was very convenient! The hotel staff was also very friendly, especially to our 2 year old, and were very helpful. Always a pleasure to stay here, with my family close in the area. Setting is beautiful, especially in the fall. Easy access to all the highways and byways we needed.
