POSITIVES: Arrived early and was able to check into our room. The room was nice. Staff were friendly. Loved the lobby area. The rate included a full... breakfast which we were not able to enjoy due to the cutoff time at 10am. Restaurants were nearby. NEGATIVES: The bathroom drains were not the business. The arrangement of the room was kinda uncomfortable (couch should be on the other side by the window, the TV cannot be seen well sleeping on the 1st bed). The desk chair was very uncomfortable (bad for the back). Our room view was our rooftop. Not enough parking lot space. SUGGESTIONS: Breakfast time to extend to 11am espec on the wknd. The king suite with corner jetted tub was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom left me wanting more. They let us check in early but check out time shouldn't be 11 for what we paid. They also charged the room to my card days before we arrived so be ready for that.

The hotel was clean and basically what I expected. Parking was convenient. There was a pool, which I did not use, but it would be nice if I came through with my kids. We went to Ellensburg for the annual CWU sanata Festival. It is the second time to visit Ellensburg. Best Western Hotel is more comfortable and better maintance. We love it and be back if we join the CWU Piano Festival again.
