Everything was good except the last day we was there check out was at noon and we hada do not diatribe sign out but room service knock on the door at 9:30 and woke me up. "Stay elsewhere"
My stay started out great. The guy at the desk was very nice and helpful. My room seemed very nice as well, at first. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls were very thin, so I didn't get much sleep at all. Oh, also, the "curtains" were decorative so they didn't shut! There was a thin gauzy curtain that didn't provide much privacy or block […] out the light from outside. The toliet was making funny noises all night. The next morning when I was taking a shower I noticed the drain was clogged. Towards the end of my shower I saw some strange flakes in the water, so I jumped out immediately. After getting dressed I went back into the bathroom and the sewer had completely backed up into the shower. I was so disgusted that I packed and left without finishing getting ready. And lastly, even though I reported the sewer backing up, and they said other people were reporting it at the same time as I did, they didn't offer anyone anything in the way of compensation, and in fact, they charged me for an extra that water that I didn't take. At the very least they could have waived my pet fee for making me take a shower in sewage! This place appears very nice but absolutely isn't! I don't recommend it! If they fix the curtains, the sewage problem, and get more comfortable beds it would be a very nice place to stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
