CREEKSIDE INN has an on-site restaurant/café on the water, where guests can dine on award winning American cuisine for breakfast or lunch. There is also a quaint lounging area with picnic tables and chairs right on the canal and an outdoor pool. Bring your boat and dock it right outside your room for an early fishing trip start.
Tropical styled guest rooms with full amenities
All our tropical styled rooms are non-smoking, have free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV’s and premium cable channels, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and safe among other facilities. Efficiencies have dining area, kitchenette and bigger fridge. Suite has two big bedrooms (4 double beds), living room and dining area overlooking the canal and full kitchen.
Bring your boat and dock it just outside your room on the canal, from where you can be in minutes to the Ocean or the Bay and let the fun begin!!

"Respectable"
For one night it was fine but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended period of time. Second floor rooms really don't have windows to look out of unless you open the bathroom window. Not that you spend much time in your room but it was kind of odd. Young woman at front desk was very nice and accommodating. Mattresses were a cheaper brand so squeaked […] when you moved. It is right on the water with a very nice house across the channel but a really run down house across from it so a mix of a neighborhood feel. At first glance I was disappointed . After checking the rooms and surroundings I was pleasantly suprised . "Staying at the Creekside Inn Islamoralda"
The location was great, right next to the waterway. It is within an easy walk along the creek to a restaurant for breakfast. A Coast Guard Unit in a boat, pulled up and tied up to the pier next to the restaurant. The room was OK, but the lighting in the room needed a lot to be desired. Only one lamp in the room, but the bathroom light was OK. One thing […] to remember, don't get there after 9:00 pm without a cell phone. Two couples came in just after 9:00 pm and didn't have a cell phone. I was able to let them use my cell phone. This definitely isn't a Hampton Inn or Ramada Inn where someone is at the desk 24/7. But the area is charming and I thought it was nice for one night, passing by. It did get me closer to Tampa, FL after leaving Key West, FL. "Nice, clean place to stay"
This place was perfect for what we needed: a nice place to stay the night as we explored the Keys. We weren't looking for an expensive resort, but we didn't want a dumpy motel, and this place filled that middle ground nicely. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I've definitely experienced much worse. it's next to the highway like most hotels in the US are for some reason, but the fact that the back door opens to a boating canal makes up for the front.the weird thing was I was asked to sign $100 for a deposit on the credit card (without the note saying anything about it being a deposit), rather than just taking down the number as most hotels do. "Enjoyable"

I read several reviews before staying here which frankly weren't that great, but I'm a single man and have worked in property management.....so not much was at stake, and I know how hard it is to refurbish an older property and how long it takes if you are on the pay as you go plan......anyway I decided to give them a try. I think the average person […] that might stay at Super 8, Econolodge, or Comfort Inn will be more than pleased here now. I really enjoyed sitting on the concrete dock right outside my back door, reading and smoking a cigar. The canal went right by the and the boat traffic though light was entertaining. The staff was polite and helpful! CNN had picture but no sound, front door needed one edge replaned to fit less tightly, but I was cetainly comfortable, all the furniture and fixtures were new, and I had a great stay. "centrally located in the middle of the keys"
The room is nice except there is no tissue box and laundry bags. The paper cups has a wierd smell. No computers so bring your own laptop! Ask for rooms overlooking the beautiful canal. "Ignore the "under renovation" status"

"Nice room but hard bed."
My husband and I were hesitant to book here based on some of the reviews, but we're glad we did. We had room 101 which is right next to the office. The downside to that is all the foot traffic by our room from people checking in or out, since the floorboards are wood and make noise when people walk and push their luggage trough it. I'm never picky with hotel beds but I thought this bed was really hard to sleep on, felt like a wooden plank. We fished in the canal behind the hotel but didn't have much luck.
