We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
Air conditioner was not working in our room and it was 90 degrees. Hotel was full and it was too late to move to another location. Complaint went ignored as desk clerk said he could do nothing for me and there apparently was no manager on site, as if. Front desk guy was reluctant to give me managers name or the GM's name.....there was nothing comfortable […] about this Comfort Suites and I paid too much money to stay in the very hot room!
