"Here Again"
We were delayed one day in Hamilton for business so we booked at the Townhouse Inn again through Expedia. We waited about 20 minutes or so and went to check in. We were a little ahead of the paperwork but that did not slow the desk clerk down nor change her friendly attitude. Within in minutes she received the fax and she started the check in process; […] she noticed we had a pet during our first stay and I assured her that he was still with us. The only pet friendly room available was a king not a queen but she didn't hesitate to upgrade us at no additional charge.
