Disorganized! First room not cleaned yet, second room already occupied,I would have called the police if someone walked in on me! Third room"cleaned"? Bathroom was filthy. I arrived at my hotel room and noticed a strange smell. I had booked a smoking room and they sometimes have a smell so I didnt pay much attention to it. After a while I removed my shoes and thats when I realized the carpet was soaked. It was so wet that it saturated my pants about 2 inches up. I went to the bathroom to wash it off and it turned the […] washcloth black.. It had a very strong ammonia smell. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and switched my room. She said that room was one where people with animals stayed. When I moved to the new room I couldnt regulate the heat, it was either off or wide open. The next morning when I went in to take a shower their was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, leaving me to believe that the tub hadnt been cleaned. "Not close at all to where I needed to be."

The non-smoking room had a cigarette long burn through the bed spread and the air conditioner did not work. I was given another room and had to remove the air conditioning filter (looked like dirty shag carpet) in order to get air flow through it so it would cool.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was not very comfortable to stay in. The person working at the check-in counter was very nice, but that's as good as the hotel got. The first room they put me in was un-cleaned and there was vomit on the floor. The next room wasn't entirely clean but I was just happy to get a room without vomit. "Good place to stay when traveling through"
The clerk was quick and nice at check in. The room was clean, bed linens fresh and toilet/shower/sink clean. The carpet had a sizable tear in it which didn't affect my stay, but that along with the decor showed the room to be dated.
