This was my second time at this hotel. Our room's door would not close completely unless locked from the inside, we had to leave, so I asked the manager to fix it because the door was open, so anybody could come in, it was never fixed. "Pick a better lit location!"
When I arrived, I had trouble locating the hotel because none of the exterior parking lot lights were on even though it was dark. The sign for the hotel was not illuminated either. We had to travel a good distance to get to a restaurant. The room had an odd smell. The shower smelled mildewy. There was garbage under the bed amongst other ? things. We didn't get much sleep either night due to the noise in the hotel. Could hear everything even with the television on trying to drown it out. "disappointed Ramada Stay"
The room was cold and there were no extra blankets or any comforter for the beds. The refrigerator made such a loud humming noise that we had to unplug it so that we could go to sleep. Sveral lights also hummed requiring us not to use them in order to eliminate the annoying humming sound. "Will pass on this hotel the next time."
Staff were nice, room was clean,fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board were a great plus. Yet, this hotel has obvious problems with upkeep. The carpet in the hall as you make your way to your room is torn/tattered, repaired with a long piece of ducttape, garbage in large black bags in a side hall was there when I checked in at 9pm, still there the […] next morning 7:30am. I am not picky but the first room they put me in had unmade beds and mud on the floor. The next room was o.k., but in general the hotel was not very clean. When it came time for breakfast there was very little food and the juice machines, waffle makers and coffee makers didn't work. All in all it was not a pleasant stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
