"Not a great neighborhood."
There was pot smoke throughout the whole hotel. There was a big drinking party going on above the lobby in the conference rooms. Loud music playing people running and stomping. Ended up leaving about ten pm without any kind of refund and went somewhere else so we could get some sleep. They didn't seem to care at all that we weren't happy. "Never Again.."
The hotel was in a great area. The breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast. The front desk service was extremely poor. After leaving at 10:30 am and then asking for room service, We returned for a change of clothes around 7 and the room wasnt touched. Asked again during our second trip out, and the desk clerk said, "Well, I can give towels if […] you need them, okay? " We then returned around 11, and of course, the room hadnt been touched.
