"Nice hotel"
I have to say that I am one to read reviews prior to booking my hotel stay. In all these reviews except one everyone loved the bed, states they were comfortable. Only one states that the bed was hard. To my surprise the bed was extremely hard. We stayed for 2 nights and I could not bear another night. This was my vacation and if you can not sleep well […] on your vacation then it defeats the purpose. I must give high kudoos to the staff. I called and complained around 6am and April informed me that she would have the manager to give me a call at 8amn when they arrived. At 8:05 my phone was ringing and they took me to 2 other rooms to see if the bed would be better. It was not but I was so happy that they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. When I told them that I could not honor the rest of my vacation there they did not charge me an early cancellation fee in which I was so happy about. I was able to go across the parking lot to another hotel, where I was pleased. I have to say that the customer service at the Springhill Suites was awesome. "Springhill Suites!!"
The room looked just like the pictures on the web site. Great room for a great price. I was expecting it to be much more expensive. My only complaint is the walls are to thin and you can hear every word in the next room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
