"Good value"
Decent hotel, some of the room furniture a bit worn but beds were comfy. (Not nuts about two sheets sandwiching a blanket to fake a duvet, though, lol). "Great value"
Our stay was very pleasant, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Our only complaint was that our room was in the back of the hotel, adjacent to the Interstate which was quite noisy. Happily, the desk clerk let us move to a room in the front of the hotel, and we were able to sleep comfortably.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"So-so"
It was ok, but the room looked like a motel. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room, and would like something even remotely aesthetically pleasing, choose another hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. And a good price. What more can I ask for? My sister and I were in town for a football game (held at Jacksonville's Everbank Stadium), and made a great choice in selecting this hotel. Very nice staff, easy check in. Nice big pool and a better than usual continental breakfast. The hotel is very attractive on outside with beautiful landscaping however, when we arrived at 4 p.m. both trash containers on either side of the front entrance were totally full and running over. Trash on top and on the ground. BAD first impression. When we […] left at 7 p.m. still not emptied. The door cards were hard to use, took 4 or 5 times to open the door. Also one elevator was not working which left one and it was very slow. We were on 5th floor so each time we went downstairs for pool or go to the car it took a long time.
