In the past I have not found shuttle services very convenient but that is not the situation here. The hotel was very responsive in arranging the shuttle... and the driver could have not been better in any way! He was knowlegable, efficient, prompt, interesting, courteous, and very personable!! This hotel is right in the center of Bethlehem. U can walk to the shops and restaurants. It is also a few mins to Sands casino and they have a free shuttle to take you there. Staff is nice, rooms are comfy and clean. Also has a great complimentary breakfast.

The only problem we had was that the TV did not work the whole weekend. We did call for maintainence and they came right away, within 10mins and fixed it. But it stopped working within 15mins after he left. He was very friendly and fixed it quickly but I guess the cable was bad and not something simple that could be fixed. We called again and they […] offered a discount for it. I was in a rush leaving and haven't checked yet if a discount was applied. Outside of that, I was VERY happy with the hotel. Very clean, GREAT ammenities, friendly staff, walking distanced to Broad and Main where all the festisvals are held in Bethlehem. I would definitely go there again. Read more

This hotel was very clean and very fresh. The room was much nicer than a typical hotel room with a large flat screen TV, couch and work area. Did I say how clean it was yet? Clean clean clean. That was very key.
