"Good for a short stay"
I think it should be fenced because all around the hotel we have boards which says "Park at your own risk and hotel management is not responsible for the loss of goods". This is not a good way to welcome guests as we pay $$$ for staying and security too. So if its not secured enough then why would the guests come to stay there. Please make it more secured. "Did the job"
The rooms were very spacious and it did the job considering we didn't stay in the room too much. The room wasn't very clean and our door to the patio was broken and very hard to open. There were cigarette burns in our curtains and stains in the carpet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good place for money."
This was not really were I needed to stay. The hotel was not in a very good location, but it was easy to find. There was only one person working the front desk and it was hard to get through to them when I was trying to call in to make a change. Once I talked with them they were very friendly though. Only issue was that the woman at the front desk could not seem to find my reservation, although I had a copy of the confirmation in hand! Still had to wait 45 minutes before receiving my room! "Good for the price but . . ."
We chose this hotel because it was a cheap place to stay for 4 women in town for the Color Run. It was adequate for our needs, but it could use some work. It's an older hotel that is a bit run down and could stand some remodeling. Also, security has some serious flaws. We were near an outside door that was supposed to be locked but accessible with your […] keycard during the day. After a certain time at night, you were supposed to have to go around and enter the hotel through the lobby. In reality, this door was keycard accessible at night, but during the day it was open and slightly ajar so that anyone could have just walked in off the street. The neighborhood wasn't bad, but it's still a concern. Also, there was a car with a busted out rear window parked all weekend just off the hotel parking lot near that door. The location was great for us. Close to a freeway and our daughter. The nieghborhood seemed safe. The hotel was in poor condition. Ceiling in lobby was coming down, and the lobby smelled terrible. The hotel is showing its age. Many things need to have some attention given to it. One of the elevators has been out of working condition for over a month now, the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Rooms are descent but the pillows have a nasty smell, and the comforter also stinks. I doubt it ever gets washed. The plumbing in the entire building […] needs attention. Pretty much all the not so positive review are true. You can make requests for reasonable accommodation but they are easily ignored if you get the wrong person. The breakfast does come from IHOP but you end up spending more $ because the oatmeal is dry, the biscuit is a rock, the juice is tiny, and you get tired of dry cereal real quick...our server […] Christina magnificent (ask for her directly). Every am are room was moist and the first night the largest hotel roach came for a visit. Luckily we were on the bottom floor but the elevator was still broken. The one pc business center is a joke and the pool was ok but be careful 4ft end is more like 4.5 and 6..well didnt want to try my luck.
