"Convenient and clean room for short stay"

We tried to save some money by getting an hotel around the corner when coming down for the voodoo festival - however I think we ended up spending around $50 in cabs from this location in the end. The room was rather decent compared to the reviews I read online. Staff and neighbors were super nice. The room came with a full kitchen/stove/fridge and even […] included dishes. Room service didn't come one of the days of our 3 day stay - but the room was pretty clean when we arrived. The neighborhood has several bars, restaurants, and stores. Also, the clearview mall is located directly accross the highway (which includes several large chains like Target and AMC theaters.) This was a very well maintained hotel. The room was very large, had brand new carpet and was very clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. It was very quiet and the room had a very private location. This hotel is not a fancy hotel, but, thats why we use it to save cost. But it is a very clean hotel, and, very comfortable. It is in a quiet spot. And it has a safe atmosphere. Its fairly new. "Close to hospital for specialist visit for toddler"
The room was adequate - air conditioner was too noisy and did not cool great. We asked for bottom floor because we had two infants and special items they needed. The hotel was good for what we needed, an inexpensive place near City Park so we could easily get to Jazz Fest. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The AC worked well. It had a full sized fridge, stove, and sink. I highly recommend this hotel for the price I paid.
