"Great Stay!"

Overall had a nice stay. The only complaint I would have is that they only had one working elevator. The employees had a working elevator, and only one of the two customer elevators was working. "Family Va-Ca"
I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that I feel could have been better such as having a hotel shuttle drop off in the downtown area. When you travel and are not familar with the area it would be a plus to have the hotel provide a drop off in that area. "Nice Hotel"
It was very nice, and when we ask for things for our room, they were right there to give us what we ask for. The ony thing I would ask of the Hotel is to get some dark furniture polish to take off the scares from all the front doors of each room. "Good experience overall"
Hardest part was getting to it as access roads were under construction. Rooms were great, spacious. Bar was nice. Walking distance to a handful of good restaurants and only about 5min from the New Orleans airport. "has potential"
Lets start by saying its definately a work in progress. Half of the hotel is shut down for renovations which is why u will c con struction workers . The bathrooms leave much to be desired. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and the shower curtains had the faint smell of urine that was amplified when u turned on the hot water.Ew. the microwave did not […] work. "The Best Western Landmark Hotel in Metairie, LA"
The hotel is near a major intersection (I-10 and Causeway Blvd) in Suburban New Orleans, Metairie, La. My room was very clean and quiet. I love the furniture they had in my room. It looked like furniture from a well-kept home in the 60's. It is a very convenient location to I-10, which means easy travel to downtown New Orleans. The price is reasonable […] for the New Orleans area. It is close to a big mall and my favorite supermarket, Whole Foods. It sits between I-10 and Veterans Blvd. It is a great area for a hotel.
