We complained about the baseball team, 40+ kids, in the swimming pool disrupting our stay - our sleep.The front desk clerk refused to change our room and seemed to not have control of the swimming pool crowd, then reluctantly changed our room to a quiet area. "a 15min cab ride to French Quarter area"
The rooms were not clean at all. We checked in super late because our flight didn't get in until 11pm. We got there and there was a security guard that unlocked the door to the main office to let us in. (It didn't really make us feel safe). The room I requested was non-smoking and I got a smoking room. There were ashes on the floor the desk and the […] table, and the sink was dirty. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but it was not enough to make up for the motel. Yes, it's a motel, don't be fooled. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, the air conditioner didn't work right, and the neighbors were loud. "I wouldn't stay again if I didn't have a dog"
The only reason I stayed at this hotel was that I could stay with my dog without any pet fee and I was out of the room all day. The room was old, not really clean and extra HUMID. "Disappointment"
The room was not particularly clean. The tub had stains on it. There was a large wet area of carpet ten feet from any obvious plumbing. Someone practiced dribbling a basketball outside each room on the wing at 3:25 a.m. Stay here if you want to see...the last resort.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
