"Lots of issues"
Upon checking in, the man at the counter was very rude. Our room had no soap at all, there was water all over the sink as if it had been used, when I called the front desk to ask about soap (same rude man) questioned what I wanted from him!! The way the bed was made up was to look like it was turned down, and there were crumbs in the bed! The pool was […] closed, had no water in it, was advertised as seasonal (this is mid may)We were never told what time check out was, nor was it written on anything in the room and at 10:30am housekeeping was knocking on the door trying to get in and clean. "Right off of I 385"
The staff at the front desk when I arrived was fine. The amenities in the room were minimal with no shampoo or lotion. It was a comfortable stay and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good! Buyer Beware!!! Room is dated and has a poor odor. When check-in hotel computer was down. Go to business center area to check email that printer is down. Ask night deck guy for help he says, "It worked an hour ago?" and contines to play hard rock music in the back area without helping me. Service is poor. Pool and exercise room are stuck in the 1980s. I see some of the reviews posted on this hotel, and they are silly. The location is one of the best in Greenville, with plenty of eateries and close to both downtown, the airport, and nearby cities.
