Affordable and family-friendly, Campo Mammoth offers the best in organic, local and seasonal ingredients, the menu features homemade pizzas, handmade pastas and handcrafted salumi. Petra's Bistro and Wine Bar - Located in the Alpenhof Lodge. Features wine with casual fine dining. Restaurant menu changes daily. Experience Mammoths only wine cruvinet and enjoy 28 fine and unique wines by the glass.
Gomez - A Mammoth Staple since 1993 - this family run Mexican restaurant moved to The Village recently. But they still feature some of the best Mexican food in town - a great Happy Hour and tasty margaritas. It is a great choice for a full meal or a leisurely drink with some complimentary chips.

Lakanuki - Like many other world class ski towns the male/female ratio is not exactly balanced in Mammoth so the owners decided to acknowledge the occasional lack of ladies in their restaurants name. Ironically this Tiki apres ski bar is usually raving with both genders. Swing by for their signature Mai Tai/Margarita or tasty Polynesian food.
Starbucks Coffee - Pick-up a specialty coffee drink before hopping in The Village gondola. And if you are here in the summer there are plenty of iced drinks to choose from. Of course there are always great pastries and baked goods too.

"Noisy"
Room was noisy and AV/TV/internet equipment was broken or impossible to use. Staff was fine but had the usual Alpine attitude, like this is a part time job during the ski season. Location is perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location for a good price"
The rooms show a little wear, but are overall very clean and comfortable. The location is great. Right in the center of town close to shopping and food. The gondola is right at your feet and drops you at Canyon Lodge. The bed was super!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Needs Maintenance"
The Good: This hotel is right in town making the access to shops, restaurants, bars, & the gondola to the mountain literally steps from your room. There are several large jacuzzis, so you can usually find an empty one for a relaxing soak. Our room was very clean. The Bad: This is an expensive hotel, and for that high of a price, I expect better conditions. […] The room was showing age. Large frayed spot in the carpet (actually a hole!). Dingy couches. Even the in-room robes were frayed. And the bed was uncomfortable. Overall: If the hotel were to just do some maintenance to make the high price worth it, this would be a stellar place to stay. "Noisy"
It's a nice place and very conveniently located. The rooms seemed a little tight, but clean and nice enough. The hotel staff was also friendly. There is no a/c in the bedrooms (at least not in ours), which made leaving the window open at night essential. Well, the restaurants and bars are right under neath you, so you are up as late as everyone outside […] is up. For us, that was 2am-3am each night. No rest. Helpful hint: the front desk will send up ear plugs if requested. We enjoyed our stay but will probably look at other locations next time. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Outstanding!"
This place was perfect. The only bad thing was the unmentioned $20 nightly fee for amneties. Well worth it though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Village Lodge=Amazing"
Room was exactly what I hoped for a romatic getaway with the girlfriend. Only problem we had was the phone didnt work and there was no room service. The room was extremely clean and the surrounding area had plenty of shops and resturants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Village Lodge"
Overall convenient location. Lodge needs to upgrade to a central air conditioner. Rooms were hot and windows don't open. Thought summer rates are over priced!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Travelling From Miami"
We were all hopefull to see the lodge but yes, we never made it there. The road going from Yosemite Park to the Hotel was closed. We called the hotel to cancel the reservation but no one wanted to take responsibility. We could even confirm with the Park Rangers that the roads were closed but the hotel was not helfull at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The best hotel in Mammoth Lakes"
If you come to the Mammoth Lakes area look nowhere else other than The Village Lodge. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and huge. The kitchen has everything you can think of. It's like staying in your own home. The staff is friendly and informative and will do everything they can to make you happy. The outdoor pool and spa and the entire village are […] amazing. For a moment I thought I'm in Switzerland. These guys thought of everything. Finally, the location of the property is the key. You are next to everything in walking distance; restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Village Lodge-Great Location and Stay"
The hotel was beautiful and well equipped. When we walked in, my boyfriend was almost starstruck, and beamed a large smile. It was large for two people, and the balcony was just the icing on the cake. We had a view of the walkways below, and quick access to everything in the Village. We were there during the 4th of July, and were able to listen to the […] music by ourselves on the balcony. It was very romantic and I know my boyfriend enjoyed it tremendously. Great trip. "Great location"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Village Lodge. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was in good condition and my husband especially loved the really deep bath. The only slight negative was that we couldn't control the heating in the room and at night it did get rather hot (our stay was only mid May). There was a portable air conditioning […] unit in the main lounge which was good, but it was too big to bring into the bedroom, but this was such a small thing that I would still say our stay overall was really great. "Pretty nice place"
Nice place. Nice big rooms. Wifi worked well. Great locatiin for exploring Mammoth. Only real negatives were that the $25 resort fee was a bit cheeky and it would have been nice if they served breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasant one night stay"
We used this location to break up a long drive. Wow, what a spectacular area it is! The Hotel is comfortable and clean, best of all it's right in the middle of all the action.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fantastic room, lots to do in mammoth lakes"
Kitchen well stocked with utensils, underground parking easily accessible and hot tub was great - we listened to the jazz while relaxing in the tub! Lots more to do in mammoth lakes, would stay for at least a couple of nights before hitting Yosemite.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"From a room SNOB perspective, its AWESOME!!"
I really want to say dont stay just purely out of selfish reasons! If you all stay here, I may not be able to get a booking next time! It was awesome. Perfect to stay at- great big beds, REALLY quiet rooms, great staff nice pools, great dining and location, beautiful surrounds. EVERYTHING i look for while travelling and I am a ROOM SNOB! Great value- […] the list goes on! It went from 2 nights to 4 and I could have easily stayed more. So much to do- we stayed in the summer but cant wait to go back in the winter one time! Also GO FISHING - Rasta from Sam's fishing was unique and helpful! Worth doing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
