04.14.13 Our 1-bedroom suite was not actually a "suite." The microwave and frig were in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was served under a tiki hut, with very limited food choices and eating was outdoors around the pool. Excellent staff. Breakfast was OK. Pools and jacuzzi's beautiful. Beds need to be changed. We would describe the beds as feeling like a suspended thin piece of wood. The tops were not soft, but there was no support. My husband did not sleep more than 4 h and we both had back pain. Also the fans in the bathrooms are really loud. Internet access was great. I stayed at this hotel last year and liked it so much I booked it again, only this time we went for the deluxe suite overlooking the heated pool, because it was on special, and we were not disappointed. We were in Naples for a lacrosse tournament at Collier Regional Park. The hotels suggested close to the park were already sold out. I went online and found that this Best Western was only about 15 minutes away and was located by several restaurants. We arrived at hotel at 8pm at night and had to leave at 6:30am the next morning. Me, my husband and baby recently stayed at this really comfortable and clean hotel. Our room was adjacent to the pool which we enjoyed. The surroundings are very enjoyable as well.
