This is my second stay at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Friendly staff,very clean room and spacious except for the tiny bathroom. "Best Western in Naples, Florida"
The hotel personnel were extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to all attractions and very well maintained. The 2 pools and hot spa were also very well maintained. The continental breakfast was well stocked. The only quasi-complaint was the size of the bathroom. There is a clear pride in ownership of this establishment. What a delight! The only slight reservation I could put forward is that there wasn't a wi-fi internet connection. "Loved It!!!!!"
Drove to Napals from NC to shoot a wedding, was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the grounds and hotel was. I asked for a room on the ground floor and it was great, had a mini kitchen.
