"The Hilton in Suffolk - Great service"
I chose this hotel because it is close to Lake Drummond and Merchant's Millpond where I like to kayak. The price is a little steep for the area but is cheap compared to Hiltons in other places. The service is excellent - I only stayed two nights but the staff seemed to know who I am without me introducing myself. The restaurant is excellent, and downtown […] Suffolk is in walking distance and there are other good restaurants there. The decor is good and the furnishings are in decent shape - a little tattered here and there but only noticeable if you look closely. The free WiFi is easy to access unlike many other hotels in which I've stayed where I spent more time on the phone with tech support than actually using the internet.
