This hotel was so friendly, beautiful, convenient and absolutely perfect. We came for the Hot Springs Motorcycle Rally. Usually very nice establishments have a tendency to "judge" motorcyclists. Not this hotel. They treated us VERY well. They were willing to help us with any questions we had about the Hot Springs area, provided riders with towels every […] morning to wipe our bikes down. Could not even get drink at there happy hours. 5- 7:30 Also one person working behind bar at happy hour. Just bought our drinks at bar for regular prices .We had no cold water in our room . 5 women on a "Girls' Shopping Trip" had 2 adjoining suites which worked beautifully. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed and clean. Beds are comfy. Mini kitchen is handy. Staff was very helpful, polite and made every effort to make our stay the best possible. Walking distance to BathHouse Row!! "Embassy Suites Hot Springs-clean and convenient"
This hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. Although it is off the main historic area of downtown it is still within walking distance and you won't be paying for the overpriced rooms in that area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
