Spent several nights at the Country Inn and it was an enjoyable stay. It was located close to many different restaurants and on a main road that leads out to the lake or up to the historic section of town. Very convenient. The room was roomy and comfortable. At first I thought my back […] was acting up due to the long trip but after 2-3 days I realized the mattres was sagging in spots and causing discomfort. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good. Access to Coffee at all times and Chocolate chip cookies were a treat in the evening. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night here and were so glad we paid the extra $10 or so to get a nicer hotel. Past hotel experiences in Hot Springs have been NOT so nice. Super clean EVERYTHING, awesome mattress, nice big room, friendly staff, great indoor pool, they even gave us a portable crib for my daughter. Room was warm, front deak folks were terrible. They were very confused by our Hotels.com reservation. The location is great; but this property has definitely gone down since our last stay...in fact we will not stay at this property again as there are several other choices close by.

the room seemed to smell like it used to be a smoking room at one time..sorta stale. Breakfast was a disappointment..canned fruit, frozen donuts and plain milk gravy with breaded chicken as a side one day. Not even oatmeal one day! Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Good location. Except for what you have to drive through to get to downtown where everything is. great staff and very friendly. Great hot breakfast in the mornings! Nothing much to complain about except for the area. Wish we were a little closer to downtown so we would not have to drive through 'the ghetto'.
