The rooms here are quiite comfortable and well appointed. The hotel employees are quite friendly and helpful. The enhanced continental breakfast was very good with something for everyone and variation each day. Pros - quiet, very clean and nice, indoor pool and hot tub was a lot of fun, Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room especially with kids. Staff was very friendly. Cons- A/C would not get cool enough for me, the breakfast was big in way of choices but lacked in quality of taste, But I'm from Louisiana and my tastebuds are spoiled.

Country Inn and Suites Review This was our second stay at The Country Inn & Suites; Norfolk Airport South has been a pleasant stay for a week long vacation to visit our son and daughter in the Navy. We enjoyed our stay. The location was central to all the great sights and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us happy. The hotel was nice and clean and the whole family enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Love the hotel, but the air conditioner was not on when we arrived and the room was very hot, and it did cool very well at all. They were out of the chocolate chip cookies and the full breakfast was only so so. There is a bar/grill next door that was very busy, but there was no noise. Indoor pool had way to much chlorine to swim.

The only thing I didn't expect was that the hotel had no microwave or frig. in the rooms.I like to bring left overs from dinner or have my own drinks. This place has good breakfast, clean and was nice and cold in the room

All we expected even tho the reservation was mixed up they made sure we got what we needed and expected was a little disappointed by boiled eggs for breakfast. And should look at ft worths shuttle service would have been nice to not have to rely on cab service but overall good experience .

Pros: One of the best continintal breakfasts. It was nice to have a hot breakfast and many other choices. Room was clean and staff friendly. Was one of the better hotels in the area. Cons: The air in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk and after telling the guy the air was not working that it was set at 65 but felt like 80 and […] kept shutting off. He told me it was supposed to shut off??? What? I told him I need a fan and he did give me one but I had to go get it. he next morning I called after sweating all night and they sent a maint person which fixed the problem. Also, the house cleaning kept barging (multiple times) into my room after I told them what time we were leaving so they could clean it. They never knocked. Read more

This was our first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites and we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee & cookies in the lobby by the fireplace. We liked that the hot breakfast choices changed daily (one morning was eggs & bacon, the next day was biscuits & gravy sausage). The location of the hotel wasn't bad it was not to far from down town hot springs. Also close to the mall. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was really good too! The pool area was nice and clean; the whirlpool was a little small.

This hotel was very nice,It's a shame that simple repairs arn't made to keep it that way.Such as the shower head in our room is spraying out around the base, getting the wall & floor soaked. Shower heads are not as expensive as replacing the wall behind the shower or the floor where the shower sprays out

the country inn and suites hot springs, arkansas is a great place to stay. i took my brother on vacation to hot springs and we had a great time. the hotel was convenient, near the lake and within a few miles of most of the things we wanted to stay. they provided a good breakfast and great service. the room, as well as the rest of the hotel was very […] clean. we were only there for one night, but i wanted to stay longer. i will definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay there again next time i visit hot springs.
