"Unclean!"
The hotel looked ok, however when we got into the room it was a different story. There was dried up pop on the bedside table and the bottle was on the floor. The rest room was disgusting...there was feces on the door and the faucets looked like they weren't even wiped from the previous guests. "Hot springs Ar."
The room smelled musty. The pool is small and over crowed, the water was cold. The breakfast area is very small, only about 6 small tables. The employees worked very hard always very nice. Internet problems on our stay didn't help.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
