"Romatic Getaway Runied"
First of all, upon arrival they charged another $20 because we had our dog a Bischon Frise we us. Second we requested a downstairs room, because of my wifes disabilty. Third the registraion lady was rude and insulting, when I informed her about the requests that were made in advance, regarding our dog and disability. "very quiet location"
we enjoyed our stay. the room was very nice and clean. the only thing wrong with the room was that our room had a whirlpool bath tub and the A/C was on the end of the room where the whirlpool was. The temp was nice and cool on that end but very warm in the rest of the room. We could not get connected to the internet our whole stay. We would return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We were upset that the desk clerk didn't seem to know that we were preregistered and had already paid for three nights. I showed him the registration form and that we had paid. The next morning our door wouldn't lock and the telephone didn't work, just when we were getting ready to leave for the day. The same person had turned things off. He told my […] husband that he thought we were staying for one night. He didn't seem to listen or look at my papers about registration the day before.
