"Cute and updated room. Better than expected."
I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean, they had DirectTV service, and a late check out time. Walls are a little thin; however, we were still able to get a great night's sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice overnight trip"
Our stay was nice. The A/C seemed to have a hard time cooling but was fine during the night and morning. Bed was very comfortable. Located right behind The Bleu Monkey Grill which was fabulous. Repairs needed to the window at the end of the hall on the fourth floor. Elevators were out when we checked in but was repaired and operating in a timely fashion. My husband and I enjoyed the stay, the bed was very comfortable, pillow were too soft, the room was very large. We did get our moneys worth, There still was construction going on in the lobby area. "Holiday Inn- Hotsprings, AR"
Nice and neat at check in and very cool considering the 100 degree temp outside. HOWEVER, our 4 lamps in our room had no lightbulbs and after calling the front desk to get more, they never arrived during our 4 day stay. Guess they didn't have any or forgot us??? Also, we had to request our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping picked up the used towels, […] but didn't do any cleaning, until we asked. Great breakfast buffet to wake up to.
