The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. My problem was trying (as soon as I checked in) to cancel the second night. I will not go into the details but if you have not booked directly with Comfort Inn, make sure you will not need to cancel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very rude desk staff"
When I checked in, the man behind the desk was very condescending and rude once he saw that I had gotten my room through Expedia. He told me I should have gone directly to the hotel website and I would have gotten a better price. when I inquired about places to go to bathe in the hot springs, he told me I probably wouldn't get in anywhere and I should […] have planned ahead as it was late in the day. I did get in somewhere even after that cheering pep talk from the desk person. Also, it was the only hotel that didn't have a luggage trolley available when we checked in. His response was, "If it's not over there, someone else is using it." Not, "I would be happy to call you in your room when one is available." Not the best customer service. "Was not happy with the hotel"
There was construction going on during the stay. They also put us in the middle of a group of young kids who were running up and down the halls all night. The construction people were nice but it was noisy and their was a strong odor from there products.Genuine Expedia guest review

"the good, the bad and the smell..."
At check-in everything looked great, until we got to the room. For the cost of the room we were expecting there to be a mini-fridge and microwave, but neither were present. What was present for the entire stay was a very unpleasant moldy smell. After saying something to housekeeping, the made kindly cleaned the air conditioning filters, unfortunately […] this didn't help. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The only other thing I would like to add is that on the day of check out, a different house keeping lady was on duty and she practically kicked us out of the room! Check out time is 11am, she came by the room 4 times between 10-10:30! At 10:30 when she was back for the 4th time, we reminded her that check out was at 11, she said that she would give us a few more minutes!
