"Comfort Inn & Suites"
The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. My problem was trying (as soon as I checked in) to cancel the second night. I will not go into the details but if you have not booked directly with Comfort Inn, make sure you will not need to cancel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very rude desk staff"
When I checked in, the man behind the desk was very condescending and rude once he saw that I had gotten my room through Expedia. He told me I should have gone directly to the hotel website and I would have gotten a better price. when I inquired about places to go to bathe in the hot springs, he told me I probably wouldn't get in anywhere and I should […] have planned ahead as it was late in the day. I did get in somewhere even after that cheering pep talk from the desk person. Also, it was the only hotel that didn't have a luggage trolley available when we checked in. His response was, "If it's not over there, someone else is using it." Not, "I would be happy to call you in your room when one is available." Not the best customer service. The rooms were pretty nice, but not soundproofed very well. We had very noisy neighbors with young children. I won't be staying at this particular hotel again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
