the reservation was for 3 people... when we checked in we were given a room with one King size bed!! They were booked so there was no other room available... they did bring a fold out bed with the usual 4 " lumpy mattress... we had to move furniture to even fit it in and then it blocked access to the a/c...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
