The staff was very nice, the hotel is a little outdated, when we were there they were putting new mattresses in the rooms and the TV's are really old.... I think they are working on updating. Nice continental breakfast. Good location for shopping, lots of nice places to eat and a safe neighborhood. The room was clean for the most part. The bed was much too firm for me, I couldn't have stayed more than one night or else it would have killed my back even more...on the other hand the hot water was plentiful & room service was fairly quick.

Hotel is reasonably priced, close to everything, room is comfortable and breakfast is great. I arrived early and was told they were booked from night before. I was irritated though when they said nothing would be ready until 4 pm. I had my room reserved and paid for, if check out is 11am there is no reason that I should have to wait until 4pm to get […] my room. And even if the hotel is still booked for the night I checked in my room was already reserved for me It shouldn't take housekeeping 5 hours to clean one room. I don't expect much from roadside hotels, so there was nothing to be too disappointed about. Yes, the room was tiny, but I wasn't planning on having a party, curing sausage, or building a baby crib from I*ea, so I didn't mind. There is a lot to do nearby, from shopping to eating to drinking. Would stay again.

It was a very cheap rate and loved that! .. but the man at the desk to check in for 15 minutes while he finished his personal phone call, very disappointed in that service!

The beds were very uncomfortable. As my husband put it "taco shaped". We were told breakfast was until 10 a.m. when actually they stopped serving at 9. There were alot of unhappy people because of this and the hotel did nothing to make it right. The bathroom was not clean. Under the sink area hadn't been cleaned for months.

overall good stay but tv didnt work and after reporting it they didnt make an effort to fix it also room cleaning service lacked efficiency not replacing used items
