"Surfers should stay here"
Very convenient and close to alot of places to eat. Also Surfers beach is at the bottom of the cliff easy walking distance and there is surf shop across the street. "Friendly staff and large room"
My family loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice with an outdoor bar/restaurant. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. We had some difficulty finding the hotel, but it ended up being only a 10 - 15 minute drive to the beach which was nice. "Dissapointing birthday vacation"
We book this trip to celebrate my birthday and what a huge dissapointment. When we arrive the keys of the rooms did not work and they switch us FOUR times! In the last try they told us that if that doesn't work, they will reimburse our money and we can go to another hotel! I was furious!! When they finally find a key that works, we had to ask several […] times - A DAY - for towels; they NEVER cleaned our room and NEVER take the trash out. We had bags in which we packed the trash and take it to a dumpster in the hall that was never cleaned by them until our last day. We were there for four days and no one never came to check if we need anything. The only good thing about this hotel is the space in the room which is huge. "Great location and close to Airport"
The Hotel has potential but is mismanage. The front desk clerk can't solve any isuues unless they contact a manager or resevation who's not on site. Clerk arguing with house keeping in front of customers. First day checking in we found the room we were staying in with the bath tub dirty, broken door security lock and curtains on window hangs 4" away […] from window leaving it easy for anyone to see inside. One thing we also notice is that the comforters were not being changed after a customer was checking out. We changed rooms on the 3rd day and when we pulled the comforter off the bed we found hair.
