Our room was locked and they left us waiting outside our room, freezing for an hour. instead of providing us another room, they kept fooling around and gave us room keys that doesn't work.. They never cleaned our room, bath tub is disgustingly yellowish and bathroom door doesn't lock... I really won't recommend this inn to anyone.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good Nite good price"
The hotel is conviently located a few miles away from the NOS Center. The staff is friendly. The hotel price is affordable. The only complaints are the springy mattress and the strong odor of wet carpet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Dissappointed"
I have stayed here before and I will say the location for our needs was very good and the price. The bed was very uncomfortable, our wastebaskets weren't empty and the beautiful plastic glasses (joke) were not replaced. When we checked in after midnight we were exhausted and had a reservation it took forever to check in and I explained that I was exhausted. […] Twenty minutes later they called to see how our room was, needless to say I was not a happy camper. I will chose to go somewhere else next time and I come to the area twice a year.
