"Perfect Place to Stay if Seeing a Local Concert"
The location to Allstate Arena could not be beat- an easy walk with security controlling traffic. Strip mall with Target and a few restaurants in the block between making it easy to stop for a bite to eat before or after. Tasty drinks at the lobby lounge. My sister and I stayed here because it was close to Allstate Arena (where we were attending a WWE event). The hotel staff was extremely friendly, check-in was a breeze, and check-out was even easier. It was very close to O'Hare airport, but we rarely heard the planes. It was 20 miles from the downtown attractions, which was nice. "The Radisson Chicago O'Hare"
Enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice, the room was comfortable and clean. Free internet was great. Only drawback was the noise from the hallway late at night. The desk staff members were very polite and helpful. Their service was speedy and accurate. The hotel was very clean with a decent amount of space in each room. This hotel was very close to the airport which made me think it would be loud. However, I could not hear a single plane fly overhead day/night in my room. I only have one complaint. I may not […] have been able to hear the planes, but I could definitely hear the housekeeping staff. The cleaning ladies were very loud in the hallway slamming doors and talking louder than necessary. I was woken up by this and didn't appreciate it. "Great for Allstate attractions!!"
We went to a concert and stayed here overnight. Perfect for walking to and from (and I mean perfect), and in addition the hotel offered a shuttle that took us both to and from the bar after the concert. It was great-definitely worth the money. On the downside we asked for our 2 rooms to be adjoining after reading reviews that other people had had them. […] Upon arriving the guy at the front desk told me they didn't offer adjoining rooms, but when I went up to my room it definitely had the doors connecting to the room next door. It didn't matter...we were only across the hall from our other friends, but it rubbed me the wrong way that he would flat out lie. However, it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. We had tickets to the Wolves hockey game at the Allstate arena and wanted to stay within walking distance. The Radisson was perfect. Very clean and modern.
