It was a room that was directly infront of an elevator and next to an exit door. Igot maybe 2 hrs of sleep the entire night. Rm #141 should be offered at a 50% discount. I wish I could have gotten my money back from them.

Great little hotel in respects to the others in the general location but the service and accommodations were excellent. We had a slight maintenance issue but the serviceman came to the room in less than 5 minutes and was out of there in less time with everything running perfectly. This hotel was amazing for us. We have a 2 year old and an 11month old. We couldn't afford to stay in a hotel directly in downtown Chicago, but we still wanted to see the sights. My husband and I booked the room for one night prior to our departure from Ohare. The room was very nice, but we found the hotel to be very noisy, must have been a party upstairs. We were also awoken at 2am by a loud knock on our door which was very frightening and this was not the wake up call.

The hotel was clean and the comfort soft beds were ok. The pool was wonderful and pleasant. The airport shuttle driver was moody. The front desk had no rail pass tickets like they had told us. The television stations kept cutting out on some programs. There are no exhaust vents in the bathrooms. Room service ladies were great. Only half of the splitter […] plug to the desk lamp and coffee machine (1 cup) worked . If you are there to see chicago I would not stay there. We recently stayed here to see a concert at the Allstate arena. Great place for walking to the arena and everything else. There is a shopping center nearby also! The shuttle service was excellent and the driver even gave us some tips for getting around downtown Chicago via the el train! We stayed there for two nights, the room was very clean and the sleep number bed was just perfect. It is very close to the airport, but the room noise insulation was great, you where able to see the airplanes taking off, but we couldn't hear any outside noise coming in. Definitely I would recommended to anybody.

I almost didn't book this hotel because of a few reviews I read in here. But I needed a fair price and the Radisson advertised a Xmas Special. My adult son and I came to Chicago for Xmas events. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, considering they had to work the holidays. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Bathroom […] was small but clean and functional. There was no reasurant service because of the holidays. The shuttle drove us to the "L" at Ohare at our request and picked us up at 330am on one morning. Most everything was satisfactory. However, the bathrooms are very small and there are no vent fans, which causes the room to steam up during a shower. Service was very good and the overall quality of the hotel was good.

The shuttle to the airport runs every 1/2 hour and takes about fifteen minutes. We used the shuttle several times to go to and from the blue line of the CTA. I felt the staff seriously lacked Customer Service Skills. When we walked in no one looked up to greet us and when we walked past later on going out we were ignored by the Front Desk Staff. They were not busy in fact on our second time of passing the two staff were talking about personal issues.

Tæt på lufthavnen og med shuttlebus hver 1/2 time til hotellet og konstant tog til centrum fra lufthavnen er det egentlig nemt at komme rundt. Restauranten ved siden af hotellet har udmærket mad og indenfor 400 m. er der flere muligheder for mad og drikke.

市中のホテルが取れなくてオヘア空港近くのこのホテルを利用しました。 シカゴダウンタウンからは隔たっているものの、空港までのホテル送迎を利用すれば、ブルーラインに乗って３０分程度でダウンタウンまで出られます。 ホテルの近郊では以前ヤオハンがあって日本食を買い求めたことがありましたが、今もあるのかは確認しませんでした。 シカゴを経由して移動する際に利用するのには適切なホテルといえます。

空港に近いことは当たり前だが、直近にある「ビッグホーン」と言う焼き肉レストランは値段もリ－ゾナブル。 「Ｔ－ボーン　ステーキ」はお勧め。通りから見えるはずのホテルの入口看板が低すぎるから、見落とさないように要注意です。
