Upon checking into the room, (approx. 6pm) Pubic hair, dirt, dust and (cleanable) stains on bathroom floor. Wet wash cloth drapped over water fixture in tub. The sink had not been cleaned, the mirror and water fixture was water and soap spotted from previous quest . I called the desk clerk, she viewed the room, apologized and gave us another room. […] Upon preparing the bed for the night, I pulled back the top comforter and sheet, only to see two large yellow stains on the bottom sheet. The sheet appeared to have been cleaned, but who in the world would dress a bed with stained sheets. I covered the stains with a towel and went to bed anyway This place was a disgrace.
