"I came for fun… The cigarette smoke drove me away!"
They have this big, beautiful facility that gets you excited when you walk in the door just to be there. But you can't get away from the cigarette smoke, no matter where you go. I had a towel stuffed under my door at night to try to keep the cigarette smoke out, but that didn't work. My initial reservation was for three nights and then I found that […] I needed to stay for another week and even though this hotels rates were lower than others in the area. I just couldn't bear to be immersed in the cigarette smoke any longer. Days later, my kids got in my car and asked if somebody had been smoking in the car, the cigarette smell had been transferred from my clothing to the car interior. I found it difficult to eat my meals at the on-site restaurants because of the cigarette smoke. Everywhere I went in the facility. There were people complaining about cigarette smoke and their burning eyes and throats. When I first arrived at the hotel, my immediate thoughts were that this would be a great place to bring my wife or my wife and kids for a long weekend, but that idea was quickly squashed when I realized that the cigarette smoke just doesn't go away and is everywhere and in everything and in your every breath and every bite of food. Some things are just "no-brainers" when it comes to customer satisfaction and comfort. Installing exhaust fans in the casino to suck out the smoke could not be that expensive. "Customer service non existent"
We booked online and didnt get the type of room we wanted. Hotel staff (manager) brushed us off. Treated like $ not a customer. We will not visit any of their properties again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"My thoughts"
I stayed at this hotel - while traveling with another family - not big in staying at a casino - they were. Lovely looking hotel - appeared very nice & clean - problem - big one - I was in a non smoking room - everytime the airconditioner went on - smelled like I was smoking myself!! Awful - the hotel staff was wonderful brought me up an inonizer immediately […] - could not move me as hotel was full - next morning while I complained to front desk that the "febreeze" they sprayed while setting up the inonizer helped cover the smokey smell - it was still evident. I never went into the casino - never was around anyone smoking during my experience - but still all my stuff smelled of smoke in our car as we left - our friends also had a non smoking room - that smelled badly - but did not want to say anything to me - since they chose the hotel.
